Support Staff: Education
Education-based support staff play a pivotal role in supporting both pupils and teachers to create a positive and productive learning environment. You'll be proactive, influential and adaptable, responding to the needs of individual pupils while promoting inclusion and engagement. You may bring specialist skills in SEND, SEMH, ELSA or pastoral care, along with the emotional intelligence and resilience this vital role calls for.
Support Staff: Other
You'll play an equally valuable role contributing to a positive, nurturing school environment, whether in catering, cleaning, grounds and buildings support, or a busy school office. Excellent people skills and a focus on teamwork matter here, as everyone has their part to play in keeping a school running smoothly.
