Midday Assistant

The Headteacher and Governors of Helsby Hillside Primary School would like to appoint a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic person to join the school’s midday team.  The working hours are 11.50am to 1.05pm and will be fixed for 12 months initially with the possibility of being made permanent.

The main duties include:

• to ensure the safety and wellbeing our pupils during lunchtime providing support in the dinner hall and supervision on our playgrounds or classroom during wet weather;
• ensure our guiding values and behaviour policy are followed;
• administer basic first aid;

The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 10^th October 2026. Interviews will take place week commencing 12^th October with a start date of Thursday 5^th November 2026.
